The terroir of 12 Ridges is well suited to make high-quality wines and we seek to make exceptional sparkling wines using the Traditional Method originating from the Champagne, France region. Our high altitude at 3,300′, a permeable and stony soil low in clay, cooler temperatures as well as lower humidity, all combine to give 12 Ridges an extraordinary opportunity for our chosen varietals to thrive. Our sparkling wines are complemented by other chardonnay, riesling, pinot gris, and pinot noir wines.
We are pleased to welcome back Chef Troy Sheller. A grandchild of a traditional Sicilian family, Chef Troy grew up in the kitchen. Today, he specializes in the American Gastro style and brings with him a passion for avant-garde and authentic cooking that brings people together. His style is unique and is sure to surprise your taste buds in new and exciting ways!
