Step into the magic of the season at Bedford’s Festival of Trees! This cherished, family-friendly tradition features 40 beautifully decorated trees designed by local businesses and organizations with the theme “Small Town Christmas”.

Cast your vote for your favorite tree for just $1 per vote. All proceeds go to support local charitable organizations. Please bring cash for voting.

Little ones will love the holiday scavenger hunt and festive coloring sheet created by local artist Terri Foster.

Location: Bedford Area Welcome Center, 816 Burks Hill Road, Bedford, VA

Event dates: November 24, 2025 – January 4, 2026

Hours: Daily, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
Extended Evening Hours: December 5–7 & 12–14, until 8 p.m. The weekend of December 5-7 coincides with the National D-Day Memorial’s “Flames of Memory” luminary event, which is also free to attend each evening at the Memorial.

Please note: The Welcome Center will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
