Built in 1923 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Fryemont Inn includes a beautiful poplar bark covered historic lodge, eight luxury fireplace suites and a 2-bedroom cabin. All rates (except winter rates) include breakfast and dinner.

The Lobby features an enormous stone fireplace and a relaxing rocking chair porch overlooking the mountains. The Dining Room, which has been featured in national and regional publications, has another huge fireplace. The dinner menu includes Pecan Crusted Trout, Blackened Prime Rib, Oven Roasted Lamb Shanks and many more delicious entrees. Your dinner comes with homemade soup of the day, salad, 3 side dishes and a choice of homemade desserts. At breakfast you can choose from eggs and omelets cooked to order, pancakes, French toast, country ham, homemade biscuits, country gravy and all the usual sides.

Your favorite cocktails and wines are available in the cozy fireside bar, which opens onto a pretty outdoor patio. The bar also has a beautiful billiard table. The swimming pool, open in the summer months, is nestled in a grove of poplar and dogwood trees.

The Historic building and dining room are open mid-April through Thanksgiving. The cabin and fireplace suites are open all year.
